Hot on the heels of a move into The United Kingdom, cbdMD products are set to become staples on the Pacific Islands.
In a new partnership with Hawaii’s internationally beloved ABC Stores , cbdMD’s full line of THC-free* CBD tinctures, gummies, capsules, and topicals are now available in retail locations across Hawaii, Guam, Saipan, and Las Vegas.
Known as “The Store with Aloha,” ABC Stores largely cater to tourists in search of vacation essentials, clothing, local foods and beverages, cosmetics, keepsakes, and gifts.
If you’ve ever set foot on the Hawaiian Islands, you’ve almost certainly enjoyed ABC Stores’ unmatched hospitality and selection. From a single store in Waikiki built in 1964 by Sidney and Minnie Kosasa, the company has expanded to over 70 locations. Today, their son Paul leads the successful operation.
Among locals, the Kosasa’s are celebrated for their ethics and community outreach efforts. During the recession of the late 2000s, they made company-wide adjustments that prevented layoffs. Paul Kosasa also serves on the Board of Governors for the Hawaii Community Foundation. A major focus of his community service is homelessness on the islands.
