With a career spanning over two decades, Chad Reed has been one of
motosports’ most recognizable faces since the late 1990s. The
Australian native became his home country’s Junior Motocross Champion
in 1997 and officially began his professional career a year later. He
quickly established himself among the pros by capturing the Australian
Supercross Championship in back-to-back years during the 1999 and 2000
Success would follow Reed throughout his entire career. Back-to-back
U.S. Open Championships (2003, 2004), race wins at Motocross of
Nations (2001, 2011), 2004 AMA Supercross Championship, 2008 AMA/FIM
World Supercross Championship, 2009 AMA National Pro Motocross
Championship, and dozens of individual race wins rank among a few of
his noteworthy achievements in motorsports.
Reed is currently the record-holder for most Main Event starts in
Supercross history. He was also honored with the Order of Australia
for his luminary career in motorsports and service to the community.
Today, Reed is committed to education on natural health and fitness
matters and promotes the benefits of CBD and other supplements for
active, adventure-driven lifestyles. He and his wife also support the
budding racing careers of their three young children.
