Garrett Reynolds is a product of early dedication to his craft. Competing at the young age of just 12-years-old, Reynolds had turned pro by 2003 at the age of 13. A highly skilled and technical rider, Reynolds grew up park riding in New Jersey and sharpened his skills as a street rider in the streets of Philadelphia.
Inspired by the performance of Jay “The Canadian Beast” Miron at the 1999 X Games, Reynolds knew BMX was his calling. To date, Reynolds has amassed 12 X Games gold medals, including two in 2019. He is a seven-time recipient of the NORA Cup Street Rider of the Year award (2008-2014) and was awarded the 2016 Riders’ Choice Rider of the Year Award. In 2011, Reynolds started his own brand, Fiend BMX, with the idea of creating a brand that was run by BMX riders, for BMX riders – with a focus on making bikes for street riders.
