25 Delicious CBD Food Recipes by cbdMD

Cannabidiol (CBD) oil is quickly becoming one of the hottest new things to have in your kitchen cupboard. If you enjoy cooking and love CBD, then it’s time to give these recipes a try!

Hemp-derived CBD gives you all the benefits of cannabis without the high, helping alleviate everything from pain and anxiety to sleepless nights. Adding some CBD to your daily diet can be an easy and delicious way to get those hemp benefits.

For best results, use an unflavored CBD oil tincture when adding to food, unless a particular flavor might work with the flavors of the dish. For example, an orange-flavored CBD oil would work with the breakfast cookies. Ultimately, that’s your call to make.

Another important point to remember when cooking with CBD is that it will begin to evaporate at temperatures higher than 320 °F. So, if you’re baking with CBD, definitely keep that in mind and adjust cooking time accordingly. Your recipe may turn out well, but you don’t want to risk killing all those valuable CBD components.

But enough with the disclaimers, here are twenty-five sweet and savory CBD recipes to try today in the comfort of your own kitchen!
