CBD PM Oil Tincture vs. Softgel

The oil tincture combines 500 mg of CBD with 150 mg of melatonin per bottle. It acts quicker than the softgel if you take it under the tongue, which absorbs directly through the membrane. And by that method, it only takes about 30 minutes to feel the effects, whereas it could take an hour or two if you swallow the oil or a softgel.
The softgels also have 500 mg of CBD but just 90 mg of melatonin per bottle, so the product you choose depends on what ratio of CBD and melatonin you prefer. The softgels don’t run the risk of spillage or of running up your allotment of liquids on an airplane, so they can be a preferable CBD sleep aid for traveling.
The taste is another factor to consider. Our CBD PM tincture is mint-flavored, which can go nicely in a cup of tea or nightcap, but some find it too strong to take alone. The softgels have no added flavoring, however.
