Ingredients
- 2-3 ripe tomatoes, cored and quartered
- ½ red onion, peeled and quartered
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 2 jalapenos, stemmed and seeded
- ½ cup fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 (10-ounce) can crushed San Marzano tomatoes
- 2 ounces diced green chiles, mild, medium, or hot
- 10 mL cbdMD CBD oil
Cooking Steps
- Place the fresh tomatoes, onion, garlic, peppers, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, crushed red pepper, sugar, and salt in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Add the crushed tomatoes and green chiles. Puree until smooth.
