- 2 medium sweet potatoes, cooked and cooled
- ½ cup coconut flour
- ½ cup coconut oil (or you can use bacon grease)
- 1 egg

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350℉

Ingredients:

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 300℉
- Set mold aside
