WHAT IS CBD PM?
CBD PM is a more natural sleep aid. Our proprietary blend of melatonin is combined with non-GMO, vegan, and THC-free* CBD oil and other essential ingredients to induce calmness and promote a more restful sleep.
HOW MUCH MELATONIN DOES THE CBD OIL TINCTURE CONTAIN?
Each bottle contains 150 mg of melatonin (5 mg per serving) and 500 mg of CBD, or around 17 mg a serving.
HOW FAST DOES CBD OIL WITH MELATONIN WORK FOR SLEEP?
We recommend taking CBD PM 30 minutes before bedtime. CBD oil with melatonin usually takes full effect on first use, but as with other CBD products, you may find the effectiveness by increasing over the course of a few weeks (about 30 days), as it builds up in your body.
HOW EFFECTIVE IS CBD OIL WITH MELATONIN FOR SLEEP?
This is based on routine use and desired results. Melatonin is a hormone that your body produces to help regulate the sleep/wake cycle, while CBD promotes a sense of calm and well-being. However, neither has been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration as a sleep aid.

If you’re just starting to use CBD PM, we recommend taking a full serving under the tongue each night and monitoring results. As with any CBD melatonin product, that will vary depending on the person and the situation. You may gradually increase the amount if you feel you need it.

When taking CBD oil for sleep, we advise taking it 30 minutes before you go to bed. CBD oil with melatonin is an ideal way to experience restful sleep on a routine basis.
DOES CBD OIL MAKE YOU TIRED?
CBD interacts with your endocannabinoid system (ECS) to promote tranquility and a sense of calm. While many users experience an easier time getting to sleep and report a higher quality of sleep, CBD oil doesn’t disrupt normal sleep cycles. Melatonin works to signal to the body when it’s time to sleep and time to wake, so CBD oil with melatonin can make you feel tired and promote a restful night’s sleep. Every person’s experience is different so if you do find that CBD oil makes you feel sleepy, be mindful of when you take it.
HOW TO TAKE CBD OIL FOR SLEEP
