FAQs
Which is better: regular CBD or water soluble CBD?
That depends totally on your preference. Regular CBD, which is usually found in oil-based products, is closer to its natural form and also goes well in CBD recipes that include oil or fat. Because it requires less processing, you can also usually get it at a lower price.
Water soluble CBD is pricier, but it’s better if you like your CBD in water-based beverages. Your body can also absorb it more quickly because it doesn’t have to break down the oil to get to the good parts. So while we recommend holding a CBD oil tincture under your tongue for 30 to 60 seconds before swallowing for fastest results, a water soluble tincture works just as quickly without the extra step.
What is nano CBD used for?
There are two main reasons to use nano CBD: because you can make water-based and water soluble products with it, and because it’s theoretically easier for your body to absorb. Our water soluble CBD tinctures take advantage of both qualities: our tincture is easy to dissolve into water or any water-based beverage that you want to spike with CBD, and it also makes a great fast-acting product if you prefer to take your CBD straight.
What is nanotechnology?
Nanotechnology involves engineering matter at the molecular or atomic scale – in other words, incredibly tiny! This has all kinds of applications in many different sectors, but for our purposes it means that we can make CBD products that fit a wide variety of consumer needs. With our nanoencapsulation technology, we’ve found a way to make CBD water soluble without sacrificing any of its benefits. Try our tinctures and find out for yourself!
