Best Sleep
I have always had a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. This is only product that solved that. It takes about 45 minutes to get me sleepy. Once I fall asleep I get a restful sleep without waking up constantly during the night. I wake up feeling rested and not groggy. No side effects and works great.
