Ingredients
- 2 ounces fresh brewed espresso
- 8 ounces milk of your choice (whole, oat, etc.)
- 10 mL cbdMD CBD oil in Natural (or your choice of flavor)
Cooking Steps
- Pull your espresso shots and add to a 12-ounce mug.
- Pour the milk into a frothing pitcher, ideally one that can hold more than 8 ounces since the milk foam will rise.
- If using a frothing wand, simply stick the wand in the milk and turn the wand on. Froth the milk to your liking. If using a machine with a steam wand, insert the steam want into the frothing pitcher, keeping the tip of the steam wand approximately two inches below the surface of the milk. Try to keep the steam wand in the same position while frothing and avoid touching the wall of the frothing pitcher.
