    Works like a dream!

    Have struggled with sleepless nights as long as I can remember. I began using this product several years ago to get off prescription meds for insomnia.

    Great nights sleep

    I take one pill every night and I am able to sleep better. I didn't know that as we age, our sleeping doesn't stay consistent. This helps me get the rest I need to be active the next day.
