cbdMD ships all orders primarily through USPS, anywhere in the United States (TX and CA ship via FedEx). We will also ship all orders same-day, if they are placed before 11 AM Pacific Time (2 PM ET) Monday – Friday. Transit times exclude Saturday and Sundays and Federal holidays. Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed.


cbdMD offers free shipping on orders $59.99+. All orders under $59.99 will pay a flat rate of $3.99. Free shipping is offered when the subtotal is over $59.99 - this does not include taxes or discounts.

Can I change my shipping address?

Please contact our customer service at 1-800-973-3984 to confirm if your order is still processing or has been shipped. If the order is still processing, we can update the shipping address. Once the order ships, we are unable to update the address.


Your order confirmation will include a serial order number; you can use this number to track your order through FedEx Tracking. This is the same for orders placed using USPS Priority Mail, you can track your order through USPS Tracking.


FedEx will only deliver on business days and Saturdays; they do not offer shipping services on Sundays or holidays. USPS Priority Mail also only delivers on business days and Saturdays; they do not offer shipping services on Sundays or holidays.

How soon can cbdMD ship my order?

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM go out on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped the following business day.

What if I don’t receive my cbdMD order?

Please check around your property outside first to see if the package was placed beyond your doorstep or ask neighbors if the package was seen or left with them. If you still have not received your order, you can reach our customer service at 1-800-973-3984 to start a FedEx trace. And if you’re not completely satisfied with your order from cbdMD within 60 days, we are happy to refund your money – 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed.

If your product needs to be returned, we’ll send you the return label. All refunds/exchanges are subject to review, provided at the discretion of cbdMD.

How much time will I have to make a return claim?

How do I return my cbdMD order?

cbdMD orders are backed by a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee – no matter the case. Simply contact our customer service team. If a USPS label is sent, the return can be sent back via USPS. If a FedEx label is sent, it can be returned via FedEx. Please return package within a week of receiving the return label.

Can I request a refund?

Where can I take my cbdMD order to be returned?

If you’ve received a return label from us, you can take your cbdMD order to your nearest FedEx shipping location. If you purchased a cbdMD product from a retail location, please follow the store’s return policy.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

It may take up to 3 to 5 business days – depending on your bank – for you to receive your refund once it’s been processed.

Is Anyone Approved to Use Sezzle?

Anyone can start using Sezzle if they’re at least 18 years old, have a valid phone number and address in the United States or Canada, and possess a bank account or credit card with a participating financial institution. With that said, Sezzle doesn’t automatically approve every transaction – if you have insufficient funds in your account, or a previous failed payment that hasn’t been paid off, Sezzle will decline to pay. Also, when you’re first starting with Sezzle it’s a good idea to keep your purchases under $100; Sezzle will increase the allowable order size as you pay off your previous orders successfully.

How Do I Use Sezzle?

You can join Sezzle at checkout according to the instructions above, or you can set up your account at the company’s own website. Once you’ve joined, you can use the same account not only here at but at multiple participating retailers by logging in at checkout. Sezzle will automatically pay each order in four equal-sized installments over the course of six weeks. You can reschedule those if need be, but more than one rescheduling per payment will cost you a fee.
