But exactly how much CBD you should take depends on your unique physiology and what you’re using it for. We recommend taking a daily serving for 30 days, then adjusting if needed based on whether you get the desired results.

6000 mg is the total amount of CBD in the package, which is designed to contain 30 servings – so 200 mg of CBD per serving. Note that with the gummies and capsules, the serving size is two pieces, so there are 60 pieces per container.

For most people, a single 200 mg serving of CBD will be sufficient to relax. As mentioned, though, this can vary from person to person so you might find that you need a bit more or less. Times of extra stress might also require more CBD to help you chill.
